Do you have an already existing company that you need to change the company name? We can assist you to do that in a few simple steps.
- Submit the details of the company online and submit the proposed names to be considered for the submission to CIPC.
- Make the appropriate payment online or via EFT or cash deposit.
- A unique One-Time PIN (OTP) is sent to each director before the change is affected; it’s important for the directors to make sure their contact details are always up to date by filing a director amendment.
- A name change confirmation certificate (CoR 15.2) will be sent to you via email.
